Dani is an energetic facilitator, speaker, coach and storyteller. Recently, she has shifted her career from corporate executive to determined entrepreneur and creative. A humanitarian at heart, she is incredibly passionate about the power of inclusion and authentic expression to break down old systems to design new ways of thinking, being and existing.
In the first chapter of her career, Dani spent 15 years building and advancing some of Canada’s most respected organizations and cultures in the areas of culture design, people and talent strategy, design thinking and leadership coaching. Using her own burnout experience as a catalyst, Dani launched into an entrepreneurial journey to have a bigger impact on diversity, equity and inclusion.
Dani is currently the Co-Founder of Maggie: A budding EdTech/Social Impact platform where all women (cis, trans & non-binary) re-connect to their authentic expression using magazine content as a catalyst. In 2022, Maggie received funding through Telus STORYHIVE to create a docu-series titled “The Magazine Club” that showcased the pilot of Maggie and explored gender inequality through vulnerable stories and expert interviews.
As the mother of a young son, Dani is incredibly passionate about shifting the social and emotional experiences of young men to create a world where masculinity is redefined, and men can live more confidently as their authentic selves.
