  • Canada: National Crisis Services 1.833.456.4566 24/7 phone line.
    Their website lists local crisis lines across the country as well.

  • USA: the American Psychological Association has a list of crisis lines for mental health and abuse.

In Canada, if you want to know about resources in your area, call 211 to access a helpline that can recommend local services. You can also browse resources by region and category on their website.
